We strive to provide the highest level of customer service possible. Here are a few things you should know about shopping from the OutThere Colorado Store.
Updating Account Information
To update your account information, click “My Account” at the bottom of the page. Please note that changes to your shipping or billing information will not apply to previous orders. Please contact us to change your shipping or billing information on an order that has already been placed.
Shipping and Delivery
If you are shipping to the United States, please allow 7-10 business days to receive your purchase. If you are shipping to any country outside of the United States, please allow 10-15 business days to receive your purchase.
Returns and Exchanges
If you receive an item that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, you must notify us within 20 days after the product has been received. If you did not receive your package, you must notify us no later than 20 days after the estimated delivery date. Errors on our part will be fixed at our expense.
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of reshipment.
You must contact us before returning any products. Original tags must be affixed to all products as they were shipped, and all returns must be in their original packaging. We do not provide refunds. Exchanges are only available on misprinted, damaged, or defective products. Size exchanges may be offered at our discretion if we determine that our product sizing guide is incorrect. Please check the sizing guide for each product to ensure a proper fit before purchasing.
If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us and we will make every effort to accommodate you. We will not be able to make any changes to your order once processing has started.
Payment for orders will be made via your credit card or PayPal upon placing the order. Sales tax and shipping charges will be added. Your selected payment method will be charged when your order is placed. If you change or cancel your order prior to your order being processed, and your new order total is different from the amount originally charged, you will charged or refunded the difference when your order new order is processed.
